Sunday Was a Funday

The beach we tried this time was in San Juanillo.  To get to this beach we had a 5 minute hike through some junglish terrain and it dumps you out on a beautiful beach.  Here is a picture of the fairies sitting in the tidepools.  Fairy1 called it hermit crab city.

We went for lunch at a wonderful restaurant called PuntaIndia where Juan is the chef.  Everything he places in front of you has been prepared entirely fresh.  He doesn't even precut veggies.  It was delicious.  We all had salad, some with fish and some with chicken.  Here is Fairy1 getting ready for making her list for Santa.

Fresh prepared food takes time but it is worth it!

BB and AuntieL arrived safe and sound on Sunday afternoon.  Since their arrival Fairy1 and BB have been inseparable.  We ate dinner out on the evening of their arrival  (at PuntaIndia again) and saw lots of cool creatures that come out at night.

This grasshopper looks pretty harmless but it was easily longer than 4 inches long.  It looked like a good size bird when it flew away.
